Digital Contract Design (DCD) is dedicated to advancing the usability and widespread dissemination of open source (free as in speech and beer) tools that empower people to make better informed, more meaningfully valuable decisions and effective plans. We place a special emphasis on security, privacy, identity management, accounting tools, and distributed cooperative endeavors. DCD is not monetized by advertising and does not want user personal data. We are currently seeking remote independent contractors and contracting groups for several exciting open source initiatives.
Compensation
We are prepared to offer competitive compensation for experienced candidates capable of completing the project better and faster. Contracts will be denominated in US dollars. Contractors have the option of specifying settlement either via US dollar delivery to a US domestic bank account, or in bitcoin (with a generous volatility insurance window). Euro arrangements are also possible on an exceptional basis. An IRS form W-9 or (for non-US persons) W-8BEN will be required before first payment.
Locale
All project activities and interactions are conducted in a fully remote environment. All meetings will be scheduled during US Eastern Standard Time business operating hours.
